the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and attractions. the rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with clean and modern bathrooms. the staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. the breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of Chinese and Western dishes. the hotel also had great facilities, including a gym and a swimming pool.
That the internet connection was a bit unreliable at times.

Convenient Location & Comfortable Rooms Spent Xmas at a hotel in central Xishuangbanna. Loved the location, right next to the night market and with plenty of restaurants nearby. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities like fast Wi-Fi and a fridge. Plus, the staff was always friendly and helpful.
Needs Renovation & Limited Breakfast Options the hotel needs some renovation, especially the lobby bar and nightclub. the breakfast options were limited, with mostly Chinese food, and not much Western food available.

Had an amazing Christmas vacation with my family! The hotel’s location was perfect, it was close to all the main attractions and we could easily walk to most of them. The room was spacious and clean, making us feel comfortable and at home. We also loved the fact that the hotel offered a great breakfast buffet with a range of delicious Chinese dishes and fresh fruits.
The only thing we didn't like was that the carpets in the room seemed a bit old and in need of deep cleaning. However, this was a minor issue compared to how much we enjoyed our stay overall.

Staying here was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. the room was spacious, modern with luxurious amenities. the restaurant had a fantastic range of delicious cuisine, beautifully presented. the outdoor dining area provided perfect scenery and private facilities were exclusive. the ballroom was stunning, perfect for hosting our event.
My only minor issue was with the Sauna, which I expected to be more luxurious. the sauna still provided excellent services and friendly staff.
